What is your return policy?

Can I cancel an order
If you order has shipped, you will need to follow our return policy. If it has not shipped, we will do our best to stop the order and cancel it for you.

How do I return an order by mail?
You are responsible for shipping the items back, prior to shipping them back, you must be approved for a return. You can be approved for a return at support@collectaway.com. Once approved, you will be provided instructions on how to return your items.
Do you offer exchanges?
